A Healthier Holiday Treat Roundup!

Hi! This month has flown by and Christmas is this week (which is truly unbelievable). I’m late as usual, but popping in to share a quick list of my favourite treats to bake for the holidays. This year will undoubtedly be quieter than usual, but I’ll still be baking up a storm at home for my sweetheart and I. One of my favourite holiday treats growing up, and this version is made completely dairy-free with a homemade coconut milk caramel. You can also easily make these in a square or round pan!

Probably my favourite dessert EVER! These “Twix” copycat bars are made with an almond flour shortbread crust, a luscious maple-cashew butter caramel and a homemade salted chocolate topping.

The Best Tahini Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Vegan + Grain-Free)

Truly one of the best cookies I’ve made to date and probably my new favourite. These taste like a classic rich and chewy chocolate chip cookie, but with a touch of nutty tahini for a complex flavour.

Peanut Butter Coconut No Bake Cookies

Cute lil cookies that require no oven and are full of good-for-you, lower sugar ingredients but taste very rich. They can even look like seasonally-appropriate snowballs if you sprinkle them with extra coconut on top ;)
